Terms and conditions

The flawless services of Laundrimart makes sure we don't knock your door second time for returns or refunds. We passionately hope our customers will be pleased with our services but just in case you are not, firstly we regret, secondly we accept returns and refunds in accordance with the Returns and Refunds policies described in the following sections.

1. If you receive a damaged / defective Product or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you have to inform our customer service along with a supporting photograph of the same within 24 hrs of delivery of such Product.

2. Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint.

3. Remember to submit your return order within 24 hrs upon receiving the product. If you are unable to do so within 24-hours, we shall not be held responsible for the failure to replace the order.

4. Products should be unused.

5. If our verification indicates that your complaint is valid, we will arrange for the pick-up of the damaged/defective Product through our own logistics.If a Product returned is duly accepted by us, in our sole discretion, we will either repair the product or the value of such product as originally paid by you, will be refunded to you.

Always remember to double check your pockets before handing over your items if not,Laundrimart is not resposible or liable for any Loss,Damage or Theft of your personal belongings.

Eligibility Criteria to avail our offer price

To benefit from our special offer, a minimum order of 1 kg per item is mandatory.
Orders not meeting this criterion will be subject to pricing at the 'Per Item Rate' instead of the 'Per kg' rate.
